Dear Gretchen Peters: Your Management abused me.
So, the gentleman says that the O.J. news in 1994 drove the song into public consciousness? I haven't read that one before.
Isn't the song (and its video) about an abused woman who kills her husband? Is that not manslaughter, if not murder? Where I come from, it's either manslaughter or murder, unless the killer (the woman) is doing the killing in an act of self-defense.
Happy to hear your talent! Hope to.hear you sing with Dolly someday!
Luke’s next album is going to be called the man i am
Congratulations on the new exhibit from the Hall of Fame in Nashville Luke.
Strait got some AWESOME MATERIAL From Jim.
I’m 63 & a new Lauderdale fan.Ive been a Yoakam fan since 86…..I can hear a resemblance
I’ve heard that Yoakam uses Jim as a sit in for rehearsals he can’t make. Jim has a GREAT FEEL!
GOD BLESS AMERICA THANK YOU MARTINA MCBRIDE FOR RECORDING THIS SONG GOD BLESS YOU ALWAYS 💯 LOVE ❤️ IT 😊
Luke is an amazing guy I was his concert at MetLife stadium and it was unreal God Bless him
She’s Magnificent……simple as that ……finding her music was like finding treasure
Hope all are well safe since cyber attack on country feel like privacy and freedom gone had changed all bank information hard to believe id be here to see this happen to our beautiful USA how we would loose all Internet and all come back on at once especially when there's different internet companies I thought stay safe strong this is still God's country praying and staying strong
Waaaay overdue!!! Congrats to the best ever... Hank Williams Jr
Country Royalty there!
beautiful
Never get tired of that song
The only thing better from Nunn is the reggae version of this tune!
Always my favorite, always will be. <3
This song was turned down by Marty Robbins, though I believe he had the publishing rights to it. Marty often featured it in concert and did eventually include it in an album. Another pass on a song was his steel guitarist Bill Johnson's 'A Wound Time Can't Erase', which was recorded by Charley Pride, Johnny Cash, Conway Twitty, George Jones. Ricky Skaggs and several more. If you like good, old country you can't do worse to listen to the likes of Stonewall who never, veered off the country road his entire career.
Country people work and live off the land. (for the country, man) Independence is a life or death issue. God bless the USA.!!
She sounds so good live!
Thanks for the tickets to see that show and for chatting afterwards
Love Patty❤ She looks amazing. I was just listening to her music yesterday! Takes me back to my childhood. 🥺

Bill you have a fantastic voice love you ❤
This song gives me goosebumps every time I hear Martina McBride sing it!
Thank you 💜 my celestial DJ’s sent me this song when I first left my husband. Well, husband number 1. The 2nd husband I didn’t even know I was married to but it applies to them both by now. This one and “Praying” by Kesha. Cheers to restoration of sacred relationship. Mad love and respect 🌹
Everyone was holding their guitar like that back in the early 60's. A strap is easier.
I'm going put a large group of women together to sing a medley of songs about love and including this song
Love both!❤❤😊😊
The fact that the suit is in there and he isnt is a shame.
I love this song and Martina. I listen to my music at night and she is always on my list with this song. 🍃🙏♥️
Talk about the FBB and do a tour.
Love Morgan Wade!
This is SO awesome!!! ...........on the lighter side, this is the first time I've ever witnessed anyone tune & play an acoustic guitar while wearing gloves, lol.
Just saw her at the Grand Ole Opry last night! She still has it!
Peter Cooper is pathetic as an interviewer, very unprepared.
Hermosa como siempre
